Only a valid credit card number is requested upon check-in as a guarantee for any extras consumed during your stay at the hotel or for any damages. However, should you not be in possession of a credit card, we will ask for a deposit of €100 which will be refunded upon check-out.
All rooms are strictly non-smoking. A penalty of €50 applies if smoke detector is activated. One may smoke on rooftop level or at the restaurant terrace.
A nominal charge of €5 will be charged per room key in case of loss or damage.
The hotel offers the facility of wake-up calls at no extra charge by simply advising reception staff, on the night before.
All our rooms receive a number of free-to-air satellite channels and vary between English, Italian, French and German stations.
All calls, whether local or international may be done from the room.
These may be supplied from reception against a small deposit of €5 per adaptor which is refunded in full when adaptor is returned to reception.

A very limited number of parking spaces are available at a cost of €10 per day plus a refundable cash deposit of €20 for the parking slot key. Parking facilities are subject to availability upon arrival and may not be booked in advance.
